On my last few trips overseas I have battled… and not just from jetlag or the expected colds that are easy to pick up in airports.
The first time I threw up on a plane as an adult was a memorable experience. I was flying home to Sydney after two months studying in New York, and things had not started well.
Getting sick is annoying. But getting sick when you’re on a trip you’ve spent ages planning and saving for is even worse. Here are some ways to stay as healthy as you can, so all you have to think about is enjoying your trip.
