On my last few trips overseas I have battled… and not just from jetlag or the expected colds that are easy to pick up in airports.
The first time I threw up on a plane as an adult was a memorable experience. I was flying home to Sydney after two months studying in New York, and things had not started well.
Budapest is one of my favourite cities in Europe. The food is delicious, the architecture is amazing and if I could spend all day soaking in the thermal baths I would be very happy indeed.
If there’s one skill I have mastered to perfection in my travels it is the art of slowing down.

They say you never really know someone until you travel with them. Being in a foreign environment can bring out the best and worst aspects of a person and if you travel as a couple it can really test a relationship.
